Stabbing sends man to hospital
A 29-year-old man was taken to hospital in stable condition after he was stabbed near Markham and Ellesmere roads in Scarborough on Friday afternoon.
Emergency personnel responded to Tuxedo Court shortly before 3:30 p.m. after someone called 911 about an injured man.
Police searched the area and located the victim, who is in his 20s.
EMS officials told CP24 the victim suffered several stab wounds.
Police said he suffered "facial and leg injuries."
No one has been arrested, police said.
